How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing your unique tracking number. This number is typically a combination of letters and numbers (e.g., 1Z999AA10123456784). Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email titled “Your ArohaVera Order Has Shipped.”
Step 2: Choose a Tracking Tool
You can track your package directly on our carrier’s website, or use a reliable third-party tracking service for a unified view. We recommend 17TRACK for its global coverage and ease of use.

How to use 17TRACK:
- Go to the 17TRACK website.
- Enter your tracking number in the search bar on the homepage.
- Click the “Track” button.
- View real-time updates, including the current location, transit history, and estimated delivery date.
Other trusted options include PackageRadar and AfterShip, which offer similar functionality.
Step 3: Understand Your Tracking Status
Common tracking statuses you may see include:
- Order Processed – Your package is being prepared for shipment.
- In Transit – The package is moving through the carrier network.
- Out for Delivery – The package is with the local courier and will be delivered today.
- Delivered – The package has been left at the specified address.
- Exception – There may be a delay due to weather, customs, or an address issue.
Step 4: What If Tracking Doesn’t Update?
It’s normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. Our team will investigate and provide an update within 1–2 business days.

- If you opted for signature upon delivery, ensure someone is available at the address.
