We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices for all items are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. All product names and designs are trademarks of ArohaVera unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Skirts, Tops & Blouses, or Pants & Jeans, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee if items are returned in a non-saleable condition. Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for refund unless defective.
